  • WHAT ARTWORK FORMATS DO YOU WORK WITH?
    We work with the following formats: For best results please supply: Vector artwork ai, eps, pdf or svg. (Orignal artwork) The following formats will incur artwork charges because they have to be digitised into a vector. ii) Raster artwork jpg, gif, png or tiff.
  • PROOFING OF ARTWORK
    Please do remember that colours on a PC screen are not accurate. They do not reflect what will be printed using spot colours. The supplied proof must be treated as independent from the original submitted file and thoroughly reviewed prior to approval. It should be checked against the original file for possible errors in layout, copy, spacing, punctuation or image placement. If fonts are not provided or converted to outlines, the closest matching font will be substituted for your artwork. The customer is fully responsible for all that is contained in the final approved proof. If the proof is correct, please reply via email or phone with a go ahead and we will begin actual printing / embroidery of your job. If you require changes, please reply to this e-mail with your changes. Additional customer changes may be charged for. Our quotation for artwork will depend upon what you can provide us with. If work is required to take information from programs/files into CorelDRAW / Adobe Illustrator (which are the programs we use to produce print-ready artwork), then an additional charge may be required.
